At the Neot Golf resort there are 500 suites, each suite is owned by a different owner. Each owner might charge slightly different from another owner.
Prices range from $125 to $160 per night on high season (for full rates details click here). There are 4 different kinds of suites: 3 bedrooms suites (70 m2), 3 bedrooms suites with a large balcony (balcony of 30 m2), 2.5 bedrooms suites (63 m2) and 2.5 bedrooms suites with a small garden (garden of 30 m2).
There are 3 floors at the buildings; so higher floors might charge more.
Also there is the standard factor of each suite.
Is there any other costs involved?
Yes.
There is an extra charge for the elctricity use.
The electricity cost per week can vary between $20 to $30, for a normal+ use.
Owners are concerned that guests will use the electricity without care, and that is the main reason for the charge.
There is an electricity counter at the suite's floor that you can view.
You will receive the starting count on arrival, and at the last day, a final count will be made.
The rate is 13 cents per 1 energy count (kilowat).
Is there any other services available?
Yes. There are some services that are available at the resort for an extra charge, such as: babysitting, laundry, house cleaning, internet (in some of the suites) and sport kit (Tennis racquets, Squash racquets, Football and Basketball).

Is it possible to pay with a credit card for my vacation?
Only at Suite-Alma. Payment for the rental is paid in full on arrival in cash, so please make the proper arrangements (for those of you that are staying at Suite-Alma, credit card is acceptable).
What is the security deposit for?
Each reservation is subject to a security deposit which is the greater between 10% or $150. Tenant may use cash or a valid credit card at check-in. Owner shall utilize tenant credit card or cash security deposit to reimburse owner for:
Damage repair.
Missing items.
Broken or missing item replacement.
Late check - out.
Keys not returned.
The 10% booking fee that you have paid in advance, will transform into a security deposit on arrival and will be refunded upon check – out, minus any incurred telephone or electricity costs, once none of the above has occurred.
What is the Schedule of payments?
Booking fee for rental is paid when you decide to make your vacation with us.
On arrival you will pay in cash the balance of rental + security deposit.
On departure you will get back your security deposit.
Total payment after departure for the vacation is the rental price + electricity cost.
Is there a cancellation and refund policy?
Yes.
The greater between 10% or $150 deposit is required for booking the suite.
For deposit being made more than 3 months prior to arrival, a full refund is possible for the 2 months following the date of deposit, after that attempts will be made to re-rent your accommodation. If we are successful, your deposit will be refunded minus 10%. No refund on cancellation 4 weeks or less prior to arrival.

Click on the route button at the left top corner of the screen and type under source: Ben-Gurion Airport, under destination please type Caesarea as the city and Rothschild 1 as the street. Click on find route.
You will receive a map and verbal directions as well. You can print both.
Basically you should drive from Ben-Gurion Airport to Tel-Aviv, cross Tel-Aviv through Ayalon highway till Ra'anana exit, exit Ayalon highway, but don't turn right to Ra'anana, take the left lane till you reach a traffic light, turn left and take the right lane to the Shore Road, drive north for 30 minutes till you see the Caesarea exit to the right, (just a little bit after Hadrea exit), turn right and almost immediately turn left and left again, drive west till you reach a T junction, turn right. Neot-Golf resort is the first complex to the left at the entrance to Caesarea.
